Our training comprises runs of 4 to 7 miles depending on the group and more on the Downs during the summer and on the roads in the winter.
The level and type of training and is gauged to the ability of those attending and is inclusive.
No one is left out or left behind.
We also meet at other times for further training according to commitments and when there are no races.
The training often takes the form of a simple steady run or can comprise repetition training to improve speed or time trials.
The club is centred at the Lancing Manor Impulse Leisure Centre where it has use of the changing rooms for changing clothes and post run showers.
(Sometimes we have special events & pub-runs elsewhere on a Wednesday night)
